1.    Questions: What size units do you have?

Answer: Our standard drive up storage units are 6x10 to 13x28 (sizes are approximate). We also have three (3) acres of outside storage for your boat or RV.

2.    Question: Do you offer RV and boat parking?

Answer: We have large storage units for indoor storage and outside storage available. On a first come basis, we have outside RV and boat storage for $27 a month. The stored unit must be currently registered and kept clean and in good condition.

3.    Question: How long can I stay in the RV park and what time is check-in/out?

Answer: You can stay one day or be put on a month-to-month contract with a maximum stay of 90 days. Check-in is at 1 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m.

4.    Question: What hook-ups are available in the RV park?

Answer: Full hook-ups, including 30 or 50 amp electrical service and free cable TV

5.    Question: What attractions are in the area?

Answer: We are seven miles from Virginia City and Carson City. While in the area check out the historical town of Virginia City and make sure to ride the V&T railroad.

6.    Question: What are the office hours?

Answer: We are open Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

7.    Question: What kind of documentation do I need to provide to rent a storage unit?

Answer: You will need to provide a valid, government-issued form of identification.

8.    Question: What payment methods do you accept?

Answer: We are happy to accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

9.    Question: Do you allow bands to practice at your facility or in your units?

Answer: Our storage units are only for storing your belongings. We do not allow bands to practice in our units or at our facilities.

10.    Question: What are the payment terms?

Answer: Comstock RV Park and Storage strives to make your RV stay or storage experience hassle free, including paying your bill. Typically, our leases are month-to-month but we also offer the flexibility on long-term leases. For a prepaid 12-month contract, we offer a month off. We can automatically charge your Visa, MasterCard or Discover each month.
